Our menu celebrates Minnesota’s farm-to-table community with ingredients sourced from within the Food Building and beyond. Pork from Red Table Meat Company, freshly baked bread and stone-milled flour from Baker’s Field Flour & Bread and amazing Alemar Cheese Company products are front and center, as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farmers and producers with whom we have forged strong relationships.
Our locally sourced seasonal produce includes Minnesota-grown staples, like apples, squash, pumpkins, lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes and blueberries. Our meats come from farms in Minnesota and Iowa. The best the Midwest has to offer is often grown or produced less than an hour a way from our kitchen, and we make sure it’s always fresh.
